Returns in Switzerland

For deliveries within Switzerland, our voluntary return period is 10 calendar days from receipt. Return the complete product with accessories and original packaging. The buyer pays return postage; original shipping costs are not refunded.

You may withdraw using the online function below, by email to info@alpgo.ch or in writing to our address. The online function lets you review your statement and sends an acknowledgement with its content, date and time by email.

Withdrawal for deliveries outside Switzerland

For deliveries to the other destinations offered, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day after receipt. For an order delivered in parts, it starts after receipt of the last item. An unambiguous statement sent within the period is sufficient. Any longer mandatory statutory periods remain applicable.

Original packaging is not required for these returns. Pack the goods securely and return them with accessories within 14 days of your withdrawal statement. The buyer pays direct return costs. You are responsible for diminished value only where handling went beyond what was necessary to check the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Costs and refunds

For deliveries outside Switzerland: For withdrawal of the entire order, we refund the purchase price and the cheapest standard delivery offered within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Defective goods or incorrect deliveries

Change-of-mind return conditions do not restrict statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Please contact us with your order number and a description.
