Delivery destinations

We ship from Switzerland to the European destinations listed in the basket, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Albania, Montenegro and Türkiye. Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia fall within Swiss Post’s “other countries” price zone.

Russia and Belarus are excluded due to current Swiss Post restrictions on devices with lithium batteries. For Kosovo and destinations not listed, please contact us to arrange delivery and payment.

Shipping costs and tracking

Costs follow Swiss Post’s published standard tariffs. Every shipment has a tracking number. Shipping is calculated from the delivery country and basket and displayed in CHF before payment.

Examples apply to the sales units offered. Larger international orders are split into separate tracked shipments.

Import charges for international orders

Outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees may apply. They are not included in the shop total and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery times

Transit time depends on the destination; customs clearance and local delivery may take additional time. Products sourced to order need additional lead time. Please contact us before buying if you need availability or a delivery date confirmed.

Availability and delivery times

We’re happy to answer questions about versions or delivery times before ordering. The EJEAS F6 Team Intercom is available to order; the displayed price is for 1 set. Products sourced to order may take longer to arrive. If a confirmed delivery is delayed or an ordered product cannot be sourced, we inform the buyer by email and agree on the next steps. If delivery is definitively impossible, we refund the payment received for it.

Secure payment

Payment is handled by Stripe in Swiss francs (CHF). The payment methods available for the order are displayed on the payment page. A cancelled or unconfirmed payment is not regarded as successfully paid.

Returns and support

Switzerland: 10 calendar days with original packaging. Other delivery destinations offered: 14 days; original packaging is not required. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
