1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases from the AlpGo shop. The seller and contracting party is 3Dexperts.ch Mavric, Sonnentalstrasse 8, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland, business identification number CHE-208.659.528. The version published at the time of ordering applies.

2. Products and package contents

The product description and the package contents stated there are binding. Manufacturer images may show other colours or packs. Any questions about the desired version or delivery time must be clarified with the shop before ordering. The EJEAS F6 Team Intercom is available to order. The price of CHF 195.90 is for 1 set; multi-packs shown in images are not included.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The buyer adds products to the basket, checks the items and quantities, and enters the delivery address. The details can be corrected and the terms and return conditions reviewed before proceeding to payment. Clicking «Continue to payment» in the shop does not yet initiate a payment.

By confirming payment on the Stripe payment page, the buyer places a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed. An electronic order summary is displayed after confirmation. Stripe sends the payment receipt to the email address provided. A non-binding product enquiry through the contact form does not create a purchase contract.

4. Prices and payment

The product prices shown are final prices in CHF, including any charges required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment. The total confirmed on the payment page is binding. Payments are processed by Stripe; the available payment methods are displayed there. Outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees may apply. They are not included in the shop total and are payable by the recipient.

5. Delivery

We ship from Switzerland to the European destinations listed in the basket, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Albania, Montenegro and Türkiye. Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia fall within Swiss Post’s “other countries” price zone. Costs follow Swiss Post’s published standard tariffs. Every shipment has a tracking number. Right of withdrawal

Switzerland: 10 calendar days with original packaging. Other delivery destinations offered: 14 days; original packaging is not required. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Withdraw from contract.

7. Defects and service

Change-of-mind return conditions do not restrict statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Please contact us with your order number and a description.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed to handle enquiries, payments and orders. Details of the data, purposes, service providers and rights of the persons concerned are set out in the Privacy notice.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Mandatory legal provisions and jurisdictions, particularly those protecting consumers, remain reserved.
