2. Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Technically necessary connection data, such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and security events, is processed to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Product images and font files are loaded through this website. We do not use analytics or marketing services on this website.

3. Basket and browser storage

Basket items and quantities remain stored locally in the browser used. Technical order references and checksums are saved in local or session storage for returning from the payment page and preventing duplicate processing. These entries do not contain a full card number, delivery address or email address. They can be deleted in the browser settings.

4. Contact form

When you enquire, we receive your first and last name, email address and message, plus the product and quantity for product enquiries. Providing a telephone number and address is optional. We use these details to answer your enquiry. The form sends them from Cloudflare through Hostpoint’s email service to our business mailbox. Enquiry details are not stored permanently in local browser storage.

For spam protection and recognition of repeated submissions, Cloudflare processes technical checksums, enquiry identifiers and timestamps for up to one hour. The private protection store contains no message or full contact details. The email sent to our mailbox is retained for handling the enquiry and any necessary records.

5. Orders and Stripe

For an order, we process the name, email address, delivery address, items, quantities, prices, shipping costs, payment status, order reference and acceptance of the terms version. This data serves the conclusion of the contract, delivery, service and necessary records. Order data is stored in Cloudflare’s private order storage, and information needed for payment processing is stored by Stripe.

For payment, you are redirected to Stripe. Card details and other payment method information are entered directly with Stripe or the relevant payment service. This shop does not receive a full card number. The public confirmation page does not display a delivery address or email address.

6. Service providers and processing abroad

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, private order storage and the contact-form backend, Hostpoint for our business mailbox and sending enquiries by email, and Stripe for payment processing. Necessary delivery details may be shared with the relevant shipping provider.

These services may process data outside Switzerland, particularly in the EU or EEA and the USA. Such transfers are subject to legal requirements; recognised adequacy arrangements and contractual safeguards are used depending on the service and the recipient country. 7. Retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed for enquiries, orders, service or records required by law. Statutory retention obligations may prevent earlier deletion. Technical data and order information are handled according to their purpose and the applicable retention requirements.

8. Rights of the persons concerned

Under applicable data protection law, persons concerned may request information about their data and its processing, as well as correction or deletion. Identity will be verified where necessary. Requests should be sent to info@alpgo.ch. Statutory retention obligations remain reserved. Persons concerned may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. External links and changes

Links to EJEAS, 3Dexperts.ch, Stripe and other providers lead to external websites. Their respective privacy notices apply to their processing of personal data. We update this notice when the shop changes.

Withdraw online

For online withdrawals, we process name, email address, order number, scope and receipt time. Hostpoint sends the statement to our business mailbox and an acknowledgement to the customer. Pending notifications are held in private Cloudflare storage until successfully sent. Only technical identifiers and timestamps remain there for seven days afterwards. Emails are retained for processing and required evidence.
